OUR PROCESS
MELTING
We do all our melting in-house. A mixture of aluminium ingot and other raw materials are
melted down to create an alloy.
BILLETS
The result of the melting process is aluminium billet. We create billets in 6063, 6061, and 6005 alloys. Before each billet is ready for extrusion, we test for composition with our spectrometer to make sure each alloy is within standard.
DIES
Our dedicated team of experts design and create dies according to our customer’s specific request. Our inhouse team also does regular dies maintenance to make sure that the end product follows standard and tolerance. Our dies cost starts at $600 each and ranges upwards according to size and dimension.
EXTRUSION
Extrusion is the process of shaping the material by forcing it to flow through a shaped opening in a die. Our extrusion lines can produce upto 4″, 5″, and 6″ profiles.
ANODIZING
During the anodizing process, each profile is coated with an oxide layer for durability, aesthetic, insulation, and anti-corrosion purposes. Our standard colors for anodizing is clear anodizing, champagne, bronze, dark brown, and black.
SANDBLASTING
Sandblasting or abrasive blasting is the process used to clean and/ or etch a surface by means of an abrasive such as sand, bead or shot directed at high velocity against the product or surface. Our process of sandblasting utilizes glass beads to eliminate extrusion lines. The result is a smoother finish that has less visible lines.
POWDER COATING
Processed by this technique, the profile is offered with many kinds of colors. The result is a uniform, durable, high quality, and attractive finish. The coating will not volatilize, oxidize or pollute the environment and is suitable for indoor or outdoor purposes.
QUALITY CONTROL
Our quality control team checks for defects ensuring that every extrusion is in perfect condition and ready for packing and delivery. We follow ASTM standard for dimensions.
PACKING & DELIVERY
We offer packing with different types of material such as paper interleaves, shrinkwrap, plastic wrap, kraft paper, sticker protector, and PE foam. For easy handling and storage, we can also discuss about options such as pallets and trolleys. With every order, we help create a loading plan so customers can have the most efficient, labor and cost minimizing way to ship their goods.
